Refunds,in plain terms.

This policy covers fees paid to Development Innovation Vector Private Limited for setup, development and managed-service plans. Where a signed statement of work or master services agreement says something different, that agreement takes precedence.

Setup fees are invoiced by milestone as set out in your statement of work.

If you cancel before work on a milestone starts, any amount paid for that milestone is refunded in full.

Once a milestone has started, the fee for work already delivered is not refundable. Any unused part of a prepaid milestone is refunded pro rata to the effort not yet spent.

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice; there is no minimum term unless your agreement sets one.

We do not refund part-months. On cancellation we hand over your data and, if requested, the deployed code as set out in your agreement.

If we miss the uptime commitment in our SLA, you receive service credits against future invoices as described on the SLA page. Credits are not paid as cash.

Request a refund by writing to info@thediv.in with your invoice number. We confirm within 5 business days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. GST is refunded or adjusted by credit note as the law requires.
